1. Cancellation Policy for Events & Spiritual Services

Advance Booking: All events, meditation camps, and spiritual sessions require prior registration and advance payment.

Cancellation by Participant:

7 or more days before the event: 75% refund of the registration fee.

3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.

Less than 3 days before the event: No refund.

Cancellation by Rudrakalp: If we cancel or reschedule an event/session due to unavoidable circumstances, participants may choose to:

Receive a full refund, or

Reschedule their booking for another date.

2. Refund Policy for Products (Books, Rudraksha, Spiritual Kits, etc.)

Eligibility for Refund:

Only defective, damaged, or wrong products are eligible for replacement or refund.

You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery via email at rudrakalp.com@gmail.com with photos of the product.

Refund Method: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Products:

Customized or energized products (like energized rudraksha, yantra, etc.)

Items returned without original packaging

3. Cancellation Policy for Online Services (e.g., Consultations, Online Classes)

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time are eligible for full rescheduling or refund.

No refund or rescheduling will be applicable if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session.
4. Donation Policy
All donations made towards our spiritual mission, community upliftment, or charitable causes are non-refundable.
