  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving full payment.

  • Estimated delivery time within India is 5–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Free shipping may be available on select products or above a certain cart value, which will be displayed at checkout.


2. International Shipping

  • We offer global shipping for most of our products.

  • International orders may take 10–20 business days for delivery, depending on the country.

  • Shipping charges for international delivery are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For digital services like meditation sessions, workshops, and online sadhna, no physical shipping is involved. You will receive joining instructions via email or WhatsApp.

  • For in-person retreats or spiritual events, all logistical details (location, timing, etc.) will be shared in advance. Travel or accommodation arrangements must be handled by the attendee unless specified.


7. Damaged or Lost Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our discretion.
